WHIPSAW ANGLE GRINDER

Abstract

The project is applied from observation based on a manual method used now i.e. cutting wood. The objectives of this project are produced is to design a tool capable of cutting wood for home use. Plus, there are several scopes of study have been set in this project i.e., cutting thick wood at one time and. All of this is fixed to solve some of the problems that arise with the use of hand methods. The material for this project should also have features special feature that does not rust and save time, based on studies Literature steel and aluminum are the most suitable for the project this. As for the component formation process, methodological study is used to plan the project production process by using a flow chart as guidelines for production planning and project testing. The overall result this project was successfully produced with an average rate of time saving compared to the method Hand sawing
